Sasha Foaled 2006, White over Sorrel, Arabian/Paint, Mare, 13.3 hands, 674lb (5/25/19)

Sasha is looking for her forever home! She is up to date on her shots. Sasha and her brother Comet came to live with us at Pasture Pals ER. Their owner called, saying he could no longer care for them and to see if we could take them in. He had bought them when they were only yearlings, and they had lived in the same place for eight years. Because they were not fed properly for long periods of their life, they are both growth stunted from malnutrition. Sasha came to us underweight, untrained, not saddle broke, and head shy. 

Sasha is a sweet girl now! She comes up wanting attention and good when I picked up her feet. She is a small frame horse and just starting real saddle training. She is a beautiful mover and will be a great kids or light riders horse one day. For now she has had lots of ground training, worn a saddle several times, and had a rider on her back a couple of times. She has been gaining muscle and done very well with her ground work. She is doing great with her saddle training, but she does not have a dedicated volunteer to help with her training! No buck, no bite, no kick! She stands for the vet and farrier and has even been used in ground work lessons for beginners. Sasha is looking for her forever home!
