We received an emergency message that a gelding needed placement Asap! Shaw came to PPER 6/23/20. He is a very sweet boy now that he is calmed down. His former owner told us that she had always fed him a crumble of corn and oats that she grew herself. He was very hyper, nervous and excitable when he came, but once he had a couple weeks of our high Protein/High Fat/low carb diet he calmed down and became much easier to handle.
